You are reading the 1st EVER Driving  Secrets seen ANYWHERE!!!

Truly remarkable!!!  Will NEVER be written again by ANYONE!!!

Authored by Hieu Tran, March 4, 2007.  Modified September 1st, 2009  Re-modified December 10th 2009 and January and April and September 2010 and March and May 2011.

driving secrets came a long way.  It is the result of thousands of hours spent coaching in the classroom and on the streets, day after day, without rest for 6 long forced-full damn years!  (The price is paid by hieu tran to lay down the foundation for all.)

These are the secrets or "formulas" that divide a good driver from a great driver.

The proof is in the use of these secrets when you drive on the streets.  You will see, know, and feel the difference!  Guaranteed!

Very few know these, fewer used them all the time, and no individual has mastered them all!

Warning: these secrets are NOT for beginner or advanced or professional level drivers to comprehend or perform.  These are the secrets of the masters or god-like drivers to work with.

1. Dark Energy.

If there is a label or name or description for the "i," then Dark Energy is it (a "state" of being or "nothingness" or "emptiness").  This force is the sole explanation for ALL actions.  All executions is based on this and this alone.  Therefore, you must be able to fully connect to your inner, most deep dark emotional content (the highest level, highest charged, highest aggression/violence-like).  The ONLY way to get to this forever state is by maturity and experience and by being able to see the "way" to get there.  (This is why there is a universal respect for a "self-made" man, and NOT a coached individual or one who is the product of a puppet master).  Or else you will NEVER be able to channel such incredible infinite energy ,regardless of the time and circumstances.  Only a few selected chosen ones are blessed  to discover "i" and are grateful to harness its awesomeness!

There is no way (impossible) any teens can completely remain in this state--no matter what!  What a teen can do is have moments of infinite dark energy but not consistently.  It is because they have not yet come to the stage where they can generate deliberate concentrated dark energy.

Dark Energy is most commonly (and mistakenly)  referred to or associated as: aggression, anger, violence, and the similars.  Unfortunately, they are all extremely inaccurate descriptions.  With these negative emotions, an individual does not possess accuracy and control.  Regardless of this mislabeling, all descriptions point to the path of this infinite dark energy.

Dark Energy allows you to take on all and everything--at any given point (regardless of conditions, circumstances and time).  This IS salvation.  Everything reflects it (conditions and circumstances and time).  Most importantly, everything (you are) must be directed to it.  Therefore, it is always within reach and at-will ("you are" or entering the core or essence of "i"), Forever, Eternality.

For example, your vehicle is painted primer gray or flat-black.  You have no carpet or back seats and your vehicle is modified to perform like a beast.  The drivers, pedestrians, animals, the structure of the streets, the weather, old memories and future connect you to "it."  It is everything.  It is everywhere.  And it is only a matter of realizing "it" and harnessing "its" power.

2.  Mind.

You must have the ability to learn.  You must be quick on your feet to figure things out immediately or long after an incident, coming up with answers on how to prevent such a thing from happening again or how to handle the incident once it comes up again.

Mind will determine wisdom, when to execute or not.

Mind will create and handle all ELEMENT OF SURPRISE and defeat ALL opponents.

Mind will take one danger at a time.  It will determine which one to take on first, which one is the most important and how much time should be distributed to it.

Mind will plan and execute all driving maneuvers and combinations or series of combinations.

Mind will work out every and all technical details, from minutes to seconds!

Mind will seek a point of reference or create one.

Mind will determine space, distance, time and eliminate them all in less than a blink of an eye!

Mind will seek, analyze and overcome all and everything in it's way!

Everything enters through Mind and leaves through Mind.  There are no mysteries or confusions but only clear-cut solutions.

3. G-force.

Driving is ALL about torque (various distances measured by time), especially on the freeway.

G-force is slow and fast and everything in between.

You must constantly be in tone with your gas pedal: learn how to rev it lightly, quickly, slamming on it, re-slamming on it, and so forth.

The first and foremost objective for driving any vehicle is to establish its levels of acceleration, which is also the single most difficult task--PERIOD!!!

4. Ultimate Reality.

Everything you see and feel and know is an "illusion."  There is no "past," and there is no "future."  "Beginning" and "end" don't exist.  You must have an "eye" into the window of "truth."

You must know what is going to happen at any second.  You must know traffic's so called past, present and future--which individual or group of vehicles are creating the traffic.  You must know all possibilities of a given situation: whether it is most likely to swing one way or the other.  Thus, this gives you more than enough time to execute accordingly and not blindly.  Because no matter how fast your reaction time may be, you will be defeated if you're unprepared or caught off guard!

In addition, you must be able to "see" the "invisible" elements. For example: although a street corner "looks" clear, what's on the other side is not clear, such as a child riding a bike or a vehicle reversing from a driveway.  Most importantly, when you take a right corner, check to see that there are no vehicles coming down your path from from all directions.  Because, as you proceed into a right corner, a vehicle then approaches from your left either out of a parking lot or from a curve or stale red light.  This, then, demonstrates that every moment is always a different moment.  As a result, you must scan even while you're proceeding into the right turn vs before and then coming out of it.  This proves that what you "see" is not ALL of what IS.  And that "time" plays a factor in what is reality for that particular moment.

Another example of "truth" is when you enter a neighborhood, expect pedestrians, parked vehicles, animals and trash on or near the road, especially in your path of travel.

5. Pre-Determination.

All executions and end-results MUST BE pre-determined.   All your actions or inactions must be decided and be ready to be executed at any seconds, minutes and so forth far in advance.

Mere quick reaction is never enough.  You must be countless steps ahead of the incident or possible incident.

And to go further, you must be countless steps ahead of the steps that will lead to an incident or possible incident.

Pre-determination are not determined right before an action.  It is determined long before an action ever occurs.  This gives time for the thought to build up into obvious clarification without an error.  And as this pre-determination becomes solid, so does one's confidence to execute in actuality--although it may be the very first time performing the actual action.

6.  Imagination.

All executions and end-results must be visualized, pictured, imagined.  You must see yourself doing everything you're doing or about to do.

For example, how you move your arms over the steering wheel, the muscles being used (bicep/triceps/forearm and the awkward shape they form during a given brief moment or completed range of moment steering through a corner) and how quickly you can do it.

Another example, you must image that your right leg is like a baseball bat , transitioning (swinging) between the two pedals.  You also must image that your right leg is like a slug hammer--pounding on the accelerator.  In addition, you must picture your hamstring (and all related muscles) being used, and how your knee and ankle form an awkward arch position.  This is a constant visual and imaginative performance (on and off the roads) to help you perfect your driving executions.

A different type of mental image usage, for instance, is picturing yourself beating the vehicle next to you to a stop light.  This single image or action can also be carried further and be viewed as a series of destination.  For example, beating the vehicle next to you to a stop light, lane change in front of him, take a left corner onto the freeway, and finally rocketing into the freeway.  From this point at the freeway, you then form another different series of destination.  Series should be short, and each of them are known as group.  And the series and groups are known as the "strategy" or the "grand idea."

Finally, it is very important that you do not mixed up the images for the wrong tasks, and the image must be very specific for that particular task only; thus, image and task are not interchangeable.  That is,  task must match the image, or the end result will not be achieved.

For example, you cannot think of a machine gun in general and expect to hit the gas pedal hard.  A machine gun mental image is only applicable if your right heel (and not the entire base of the foot)  is rested on the floor and your angel if arch fully up.  This is known as "positioning."  The actual machine gun action is when you're hitting the gas pedal and/or brake pedal over and over.  This kind of action would only be applicable during a super fast one-time lane change or merging around a vehicle or object or a series of lane changes for a specified moment.

7.  The Human Physique.

The most important physical factor is the ability to get up everyday and function properly (walk).  This is far more important than being so called "strong", "fast," "muscular", or "looking" or "feeling" good.

You must be physically fit.  All physical exercises MUST directly contribute to improving your driving skills.  If this is not the case, then any exercise you do (outside of the vehicle) is a waste of time and effort.  For further clarification, this means all physical activities/exercises must aim to perfect your accurate driving executions and decrease the required timing.  All driving moments performed by the human muscles are "generated" or "torque" or "explosive" in execution.  If you can't perform in the vehicle explosively with speed and accuracy, then all exercises outside of driving are detrimental to you as a driver!

Thus, you must train like an athlete if you are to drive at the highest possible level.  This means you're training your hamstring. quadriceps and all related leg muscles for the two pedals.  In addition, you must exercise your biceps, triceps and all related muscles for the steering wheel (and other attached muscles that are needed to assist, such as the stomach, hips, and back).

All training in the gym must be specific-based.  For instance, using the treadmill and exercise bike, and doing jump rope help develop and maintain controlled breathing.  These specific-based exercises also help increase the endurance it requires to hit the two pedals countless times for an unaccounted length of time, such as driving across town during rush hours.

Another example of specific-based exercise is the lying leg curls.  This develops your hamstring, and it helps you to press the gas pedal explosively.  Duration of your entire workout, the intensity and frequency of your workouts should all be determined by Mind.  As a result, there is no "over training" or "under training, regardless if you're in the gym 1 to 3 hours a day, 7 days a week! (If it ever comes to such a point, everything will still be "perfect picture.")

Another aspect of the human physique regarding driving is that you must be positioned properly in the vehicle: seated just far enough from the steering wheel and pedals in order to navigate the vehicle accordingly to road conditions.  However, your seating arrangement is continuous: you're moving closer to the pedals and further away according to your emotional state and traffic conditions.  For instance, you move closer to the gas pedal if you want to explode onto the freeway from the onramp.  Contrastingly, if you're in a gridlock during rush hours, you want to be further from the gas and brake pedals so that you can transition quickly back and forth in time to avoid front or rear-end collisions.

Finally, what's more important is that you must drive EVERY DAY--hours upon hours.  If you do not do this, there is no way you can even come close to realize the 7 secrets, and you will never be able to master any of single one of them!

You must drive for so long and so often that you get sick of driving.  Your feet, arms, back and other muscles become extremely sore, and that your mind is bored and numbed.  As a result, they beg to be free to do ANY THING else other than driving.   Whenever this point is achieved, then you will love driving.  This is also an indication that you're on the path of driving greatness.

With all this said, your nutrition must be right now.  Moderate amount of fruits, vegetables, plenty of water, eating in small portions once or twice a day only.  No coffee, energy drinks, little candy or junk food and little or no fast food.  This is a life-time commitment if you are to stay within range of your best physical condition.

8-1-11. On a personal note, to give you an example, I train up to five hours a day (ideally) if time allowed--in addition to my way-above average work load (10-20 hrs a day).

Exercises and length of time samples: 30 minutes to 3 hrs of exercise bike.  30 min -3 hrs of treadmill.  30min-1 hr 30 min of rowing machine.  15-1 hr of hand cycling machine.  30-2 hrs of nautilus machine and/or weight training (very rarely heavy but mostly light weights done in high repetitions explosively or rhythmatically).  10-30 minutes of stretching.  30min -2 hrs of callisthenic training (push ups, leg raises, pull ups, etc.) 15 minutes - 2 hrs of jump roping.

Meal samples per day:  10-15 cups of iced-cold water. i cup of mixed almonds, walnuts and various dried fruits. 1-3 bananas. 1-2 peaches.  v8 drink.  1-2 coconut drinks.  1-3 hard boiled eggs.  2-4 thin sliced ham or turkey.  a small portion of raw celery and broccoli with a small spoon portion of dip.  fist-sized corn in a can and pea in a can boiled.  Campbell brand various soups or spaghetti or ravioli or something similar.  1-3 fiber protein bars. 2-6 scrambled eggs with mushrooms and olives.

The above nutrition snacks or meals are mixed and match in portion always (fist size).  And the meal can be 1 or 2 daily or no meals per day but snacks only and most in the morning and afternoon.
