Hieu Tran and the Red Skull 09 Ninja
A Very Humble Beginning
Altogether, Hieu had been with 6 traffic and driving schools—which is rare in this industry. With this in mind, it gives him a tremendous perspective and insights: knowing what each school’s strengths and weaknesses are, and also on how to lead each student to teach themselves to become the ABSOLUTE BEST drivers . When Hieu Tran started working for other driving schools in early 2001, he finally felt at home. However, he soon grew tired of working under someone else and not being free to innovate, so eventually he decided to branch out and started his own unique school. In early 2005 with no savings, 5 credit cards, 3K from his mom and 20k inherited from his father who passed away the same year, he created "Absolute Best Driving School," which is based on how he felt about himself and his way of doing things. More importantly, before this actually took place and throughout the past years, he was tired of working endless jobs as a warehouse worker, factory worker, janitor, gardener, security guard and other odd jobs to exist paycheck to paycheck. As a result, he vowed that he would NEVER take a day off when he forms his own company--no matter how successful he becomes because he still remember those very hard days of being constantly broke and down on his luck. After years of endless frustrations, sacrifices and sheer hard work, now in 2010 he has 6 vehicles and 2 motorcycles, respect from the community, accomplished sole authority on driving, and impacted countless lives in many different ways.
ONLY Learn from the BEST!
2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008, 2009 are over, and Hieu is better than ever! He did not miss a single day--working (whether it was in the car in the hot sun, teaching a class, filling out paperwork, passing out fliers, or answering the phone) up to 20 hours or more per day, 7 days a week (week after week)! He coached the poorest to the richest kids, from the slowest to the most intelligent kids and from the weakest to the toughest kids. He worked through July 4th, Mother's & Father's days, his birthday, Thanksgiving, X-mas and New Year. He is unstoppable. Birthdays, holidays, and whatever other days will come and go, but Hieu will NEVER stop working. He eats, breathes, and sleeps what he does. This IS his life. Countless people wander aimless and hopeless in life, but Hieu knows what his life is about and therefore pours all his time and energy, basically his entire being, into his god-given life's purpose, which is to serve humanity. With Great power (knowledge) comes great responsibility (teach) to save lives.
Hieu is very proud of his students. He loves what he does. This is his calling. He realizes the importance of his duty because of the effect it has on people's lives. The god-details and skills that his students acquired will transform them into great drivers one day--the best of the best in the world. Years later, they will pass their god-details and skills onto their kids and their kids will pass it onto their kids--from generation to generation. Eventually, the world of driving is changed forever: no accidents, always smooth flow of traffic, and driving becomes a passion and not a chore.
One Man, One Mission, the Journey Begins!
Hieu is on a mission to help individuals of all ages to become the ABSOLUTE BEST drivers there is: being in full control of their car and therefore of their driving environment, understanding the impact of their actions pertaining them and on other drivers--basically, the total aspect of driving: knowing the 1) what 2) why 3) how 4) when of driving. This is why he loves to do what he does, never-ever taking a single day off; such a thought does not apply to him. The word "vacation" is not in his vocabulary. Each day and for each student, he puts forth 110% effort of instructing/coaching. He is a master and the ABSOLUTE BEST in this industry.
Hieu carefully studies each student’s status, thinking and planning specific routes, accordingly, to their skill level and progress: What are the best streets to practice on and during what time, what the students are capable of doing and how many attempts before they get a maneuver down cold, how and where they can improve, if they will quit or be even more determined—basically seeing what they are made of, their effort, their will and desire.
Hieu endlessly strives to improve his student's performance: modifying his ways of teaching here and there, researching, experimenting and questioning why certain techniques work so well for one student but poorly for another. He does not fear changes versus adhering to an old style because it's more comfortable. What's amazing about Hieu is that he strives to out due himself every time he's with a different student, therefore increasing his outstanding quality of work; as a result, providing the ABSOLUTE BEST training!
Hieu ’s personality, passion, and hunger to provide the ABSOLUTE BEST training are the prime reasons students come to us--as well as recommending their friends and family members.
Life's Dedication
Hieu hasn't taken a day off since February, 2005!!! There are days he worked 24 hours straight through, totally over 100 hours per week--week after week! He is totally dedicated and UNBEATABLE! With this in mind, his students know they are getting the ABSOLUTE BEST training! With him on their side, ANYTHING is possible! You can always count on Hieu!
