a. POLICY Behind-the-wheel Training--If you are required  to call our office 30 minutes in advance, then you MUST call, or else we will not pick you up.  If you go early in the morning, also, you MUST call 30 minutes in advance to confirm again or we will not come.  Driver's Education--We have a NO LATE policy.  If you come to class after 8AM, then you cannot come in.  (No excuses) You must come another day.  So come EARLY, 7:30 to 7:40AM.  If you come late during lunch, then you have to make up the ENTIRE day.  If you miss a day, then you must make up that specific day and not some other day you have attended.  Refund--you can always have your money back if we have not provided the service.  On the other hand, if we did provide the service, then there is no refund.  In addition, if part of the service is provided, then we only refund the remaining of the un-serviced service.  We believe in refund because we believe you should go where it suits you best, be it here or somewhere else.  Our customers are individuals who desire service only from us--the Absolute Best--and not some or any school.  You have the right and freedom to choose and not be forced to do something or be somewhere you do not desire.

b. Who do we service?  We mainly service teen drivers, specifically those who live in or near South Sacramento and those who desire only the absolute best regarding driving.  They desire that "something" beyond driving: they desire how to prevent accidents and manage risks.  They desire to take destiny into their own hands and forge their own future instead of being like a leaf in the wind.  This is why Absolute Best driving school exists, and these are type of individuals who enter here.

c. What's wrong with internet courses?  It is a joke.  It is like reading a dictionary.  You only learn what you can remember, which is very little because there is no physical interaction or instant understanding.  Only in a classroom environment can you get the best comprehension of what's going on.  Only in the classroom, can you get hands-on experience, such as asking questions, fixing a car, and participating in physical demonstrations.  Classroom setting is far superior to an internet course.  The internet course is only good if you don't care about driving.  You do not want to start your path of becoming a great driver by taking an internet course.  You might as well wait until you're 17 1/2 and take the written permit test yourself.

d. How do I get a permit?  You must be at least 15 1/2 years old and completed driver's education.  Click here to learn more
